How booking works
Choose your date on the calendar and select your start and end time
Add any extras at checkout
Pay the hire fee and deposit to confirm
You will receive a confirmation email with access instructions one week before your event
Access and set-up
Step-free entrance to the hall
Set-up and take-down must be within your booked time
Please leave the space tidy and remove all decorations and waste
Catering and bar
You are welcome to bring your own cold food or external caterers
The club bar can be opened for your event on request. See Bar Hire for staffed options
Music and noise
Background music allowed within licence hours
Please respect neighbours and finish music by 12am
No smoke machines or confetti cannons
Children and safeguarding
Children must be supervised at all times
Bouncy castles must have current safety certificates and must be operated by the hirer’s chosen provider

Terms and cancellations
Full refund up to 14 days before the booking
Within 14 days the deposit is retained
