Established in 1870, Abinger Cricket Club brings together juniors and seniors for friendly yet competitive cricket, complete with the tradition of a proper tea when we host. Come to midweek training and take the field at the weekend.

Sunday:

  • Sunday League Side
  • Sunday Friendly XI

Practice/Coaching

  • Mid-Week nets are held at the club, Thursday 5pm – 8pm
  • Winter Nets are held at St. Peter’s School, Guildford, GU12TN, 8:30pm – 10pm

The club usually goes on tour during the summer, and runs a Cricket Week in late July or early August. 

Our picturesque ground and square are maintained entirely by volunteers. There is a working party every Thursday Evening from about 5:30 during the season – We are always keen to welcome new helpers. Contact Nick van Pelt if you are interested.
